Raquel A. Muñoz is a personal injury attorney and trial lawyer who fights for people injured by negligence, misconduct, and insurance company delay tactics. Clients come to her when the other side is counting on them to give up.
Raquel grew up in the Yakima Valley of Washington State and served eight years with the U.S. Army Reserves and Hawaii National Guard, deploying twice in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. That background shapes how she works a case: prepared early, and unwilling to fold under pressure.
She began her legal career in immigration law before serving as a state public defender in New Mexico and later as a federal public defender in the Southern District of Texas. Her courtroom experience includes more than 20 jury trials, where her trial presence and relentless advocacy earned her the nickname “RAM.” Before launching RAM Law, Raquel continued sharpening her litigation skills at some of the most recognized plaintiff-side personal injury firms in the country, including Fieger Law and Morgan & Morgan.
